- PFS /h3 ul liYou oversee the Compliance Team and drive successful reporting, remediation plans and cross-over functions with other business units and the Board of Directors (to which you report and for whom you prepare AML/CFT reports on a regular basis). You also bact as RC /b. /li liDevelopment, monitoring, and updating of Company policies and practices in accordance with CSSF criteria. You also ensure that the company operates in accordance with law and applicable guidelines and report any potential incoherences. /li liYou will be assisted by a team of two other experienced compliance officers. /li liAssistance in the identification, review, and reporting of relevant KPIs to the Board of Directors. /li liParticipation to both internal and external audits and acting as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities including the CSSF. /li /ul h3Profile and Career Path | Head of Compliance – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF
- PFS /h3 ul liWith bat least 10 years /b of experience as Compliance Officer in a PSF, investment firm or similar environment in bLuxembourg /b, you have acquired a great sense of autonomy. /li libYou are ideally already Head of Compliance/RC or can easily be approved by the CSSF as such. This criterion is a prerequisite. /b /li liYou are highly experienced with bAlternative Investment Funds. /b /li liA fluent command of bEnglish /b is required.
