ph3Operations Manager – OT Infrastructure / Senior Network Security Engineer /h3 pbLocation: /b Antwerpbr/bExperience: /b 8+ Yearsbr/bNo. of Positions: /b 2br/bJob Type: /b Full-timebr/bStart Date: /b ASAP /p h3Job Summary /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bOperations Manager – OT Infrastructure / Senior Network Security Engineer /b with strong expertise in Cisco networking and Palo Alto firewall technologies. /p pThe ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end L3 support, operational management, troubleshooting, and governance of enterprise network and network security environments across datacenter, branch, hybrid, and OT infrastructure landscapes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Network Operations (Cisco) /h3 ul liProvide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco routers, switches, WAN/LAN, datacenter, and branch connectivity /li liTroubleshoot advanced networking issues involving: ul liRouting Switching /li liVLANs Trunking /li liSTP /li liHSRP / VRRP /li liACLs /li liBGP / OSPF / Static Routing /li liPacket Loss Latency /li liLink Flaps Asymmetric Routing /li /ul /li liSupport network migrations, cutovers, onboarding activities, and service changes /li liMonitor network utilization, interface errors, and overall network performance /li /ul h3Network Security Operations (Palo Alto) /h3 ul liProvide L3 support for Palo Alto firewall environments /li liManage firewall policies, NAT, VPN, policy tuning, and traffic flow analysis /li liTroubleshoot firewall-related issues impacting application communication and connectivity /li liSupport Panorama-managed environments and firewall governance activities /li liCoordinate implementation of security controls aligned with enterprise standards /li /ul h3Incident, Change Problem Management /h3 ul liLead P1/P2 incident handling for network and security-related services /li liAct as escalation point for major outages and recurring service issues /li liConduct root cause analysis and define corrective/preventive actions /li liExecute planned changes with proper validation, rollback planning, and governance /li liEnsure service restoration checks and change documentation are completed /li /ul h3Operations Governance /h3 ul liManage operational activities across networking and security domains /li liDrive SLA compliance, escalation handling, and operational prioritization /li liMentor L1/L2 engineers and support knowledge transfer initiatives /li liCoordinate with customers, ISPs, OEMs, cloud teams, and internal technical teams /li liMaintain SOPs, network diagrams, firewall documentation, and implementation standards /li liSupport audit, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and hardening initiatives /li liIdentify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and operational improvements /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in enterprise network and network security operations /li liStrong hands‑on expertise in Cisco networking technologies /li liStrong hands‑on expertise in Palo Alto firewalls /li liGood understanding of: ul liRouting Switching /li liVLANs, Trunking, STP /li liOSPF / BGP /li liACLs /li liNAT VPN /li liNetwork Segmentation /li liFirewall Policy Evaluation /li liPacket Flow Analysis /li /ul /li liExperience in enterprise datacenter, branch, and hybrid network environments /li liStrong troubleshooting skills across networking and security layers /li liExcellent incident management and stakeholder coordination skills /li liStrong analytical, documentation, and reporting capabilities /li liAbility to independently handle L3 escalations and high-priority incidents /li /ul pbNote: /b For this position, Dutch and English communication proficiency mandatory. /p h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExposure to cloud connectivity and cloud security integrations /li liExperience with monitoring tools and security log analysis /li liScripting or automation exposure for operational efficiency /li liVendor coordination and escalation management experience /li liFamiliarity with OT or industrial infrastructure environments /li /ul h3What
