pTo support our further growth ambitions, Brantsandpatents is looking for an experienced b(partially qualified) European Patent Attorney /b bwith a background in life sciences. /b /ppAs a (partially qualified) patent attorney, you will analyze the RD activities and innovations of your clients and develop an appropriate IP strategy based on this analysis. /ppWithin the patent department, you will work with other patent advisors and patent paralegals. In this varied role, you will be responsible for mapping (technical) inventions, drafting patent applications, and managing and guiding the patent portfolios of clients in the broad field of life sciences. /ppYou will keep an eye on competing innovations and advise on potential conflicts when necessary. You will also proactively propose solutions. You will represent your clients before the Belgian Intellectual Property Office and the European Patent Office. /ppYou'll work from our office in Ghent. /ph3You have or are... /h3ulliA Patent Attorney or Partially Qualified Patent Attorney. /liliAt least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the private sector /liliAt least a Master's degree in life sciences.
