Responsibilities:
/b /p ul liDesign, develop, and implement a connector between Genesys Cloud and the future Agentic Architecture /li liLead end-to-end solution design, from requirements analysis through implementation and deployment /li liDevelop scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript and modern cloud-native technologies /li liDesign and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) /li liDefine and build real-time streaming and event-driven architectures /li liDesign and implement API-based integrations and system connectivity solutions /li liCreate detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications /li liDefine customer journeys, call flows, and component interaction models /li liEstablish integration, deployment, and testing strategies /li liCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions /li liProvide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle /li liReview solution designs and ensure adherence to architectural best practices /li liTroubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution activities /li liSupport implementation, testing, and production deployment activities /li liCommunicate technical concepts and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences /li liWork proactively in situations where requirements may be evolving or not yet fully defined /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices /li /ul pbSkills / Qualifications Required: /b /p ul liProven experience designing and delivering solutions on bMicrosoft Azure /b /li liStrong experience with bAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS) /b /li liExperience building breal-time streaming /b and bevent-driven architectures /b /li liStrong understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns /li liExperience designing and implementing bRESTful APIs /b and system integrations /li liAbility to perform technical design, solution architecture, implementation, and testing activities /li liExperience creating end-to-end solution architecture documents and technical specifications /li liStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies /li liExperience defining customer journeys, call flows, and technical implementation approaches /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities /li liAbility to work independently and provide technical direction in ambiguous environments /li liStrong verbal and written English communication skills /li liExperience presenting technical proposals, solution designs, and recommendations to stakeholders /li /ul pbNice to Have: /b /p ul liKnowledge of bPython /b /li liExperience with bAI-powered solutions /b, bLarge Language Models (LLMs) /b, and bAgentic AI architectures /b /li liExperience integrating with bGenesys Cloud /b /li liKnowledge of contact center technologies and customer experience platforms /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices /li liFrench or Dutch language
