Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join a strategic initiative focused on building a connector between Genesys Cloud and a future Agentic AI Architecture. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, define an end-to-end architecture, and actively contribute to design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, provide technical direction, and produce comprehensive documentation that supports implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement a connector between Genesys Cloud and the future Agentic Architecture
- Lead end-to-end solution design, from requirements analysis through implementation and deployment
- Develop scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript and modern cloud-native technologies
- Design and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Define and build real-time streaming and event-driven architectures
- Design and implement API-based integrations and system connectivity solutions
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications
- Define customer journeys, call flows, and component interaction models
- Establish integration, deployment, and testing strategies
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to architectural best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution activities
- Support implementation, testing, and production deployment activities
- Communicate technical concepts and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work proactively in situations where requirements may be evolving or not yet fully defined
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices Skills / Qualifications Required:
- Extensive hands-on experience in TypeScript development
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience building real-time streaming and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Ability to perform technical design, solution architecture, implementation, and testing activities
- Experience creating end-to-end solution architecture documents and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience defining customer journeys, call flows, and technical implementation approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Ability to work independently and provide technical direction in ambiguous environments
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience presenting technical proposals, solution designs, and recommendations to stakeholders Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with AI-powered solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI architectures
- Experience integrating with Genesys Cloud
- Knowledge of contact center technologies and customer experience platforms
- Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- French or Dutch language
- Intermediate Level Key Expectations: The successful candidate will be expected to produce high-quality technical deliverables, including:
