Requirements University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of at least 10 years; Experience with MS Dynamics 365 core product platform and its modules Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, and Project Operations; Experience with MS Dynamics Development Framework using .
NET and JavaScript; Experience with Dynamics 365 Customizations like Entity-Relationship Management, Processes, Flows, Business Rules; Experience with Dynamics 365 licensing schema and security model; Experience with Web Technologies such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Typescript; Experience with API landscape using Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse Web API; Experience with Power Apps landscape including Power Automate and Power Apps Component Framework; Experience with solution packaging and deployment between environments; Excellent command of the English language. Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the solution architecture, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applications; Assess, propose, design, prototype, develop, test, configure, and maintain technical solutions related to key business requirements for improvements of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applications; Provide senior consultancy support and conduct studies on technical issues regarding Dynamics 365 and Power Apps tools/applications and related ICT governance processes; Support the implementation of the architectural aspects of CRM, including the design of building blocks, data modelling, integration, and migration patterns; Support the configuration and customization of the system as well as the integration and customisation developments using Microsoft Dynamics Plugins and Web Services; Produce and maintain technical documentation, including enterprise architecture documentation, solution architecture documentation, operational maintenance manuals, version description documents, release guidelines, and user manuals; Be involved in requirement gathering meetings and training sessions for final users.
