Lead and manage all IT operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring reliable and secure technology services. Partner with regional and global IT teams to align local technology initiatives with corporate standards and strategic objectives. Oversee infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, end‑user computing, telecommunications, and related systems. Support and enhance enterprise applications, including ERP platforms, to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Drive the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business‑critical systems and technology solutions. Manage IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and resource requirements. Coordinate technology upgrades, system integrations, and infrastructure improvements. Provide leadership and guidance to end‑user support activities, ensuring high levels of service and user satisfaction. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards. Act as a trusted technology partner to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and performance through technology.
