pWe are seeking a Senior IT Strategy Analyst to join our team in Brussels. The role will lead end‑to‑end management of Microsoft contracts and digital workplace initiatives, working closely with management and suppliers. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul lipManage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, including true‑up, renewal, license optimization, audit positioning, and financial reporting. /p /li lipOversee contractual relationships and performance of Digital Workplace partners, ensuring SLA compliance, governance, and roadmap delivery. /p /li lipLead Digital Workplace Services market renewal project: draft specifications, analyze offers, define sourcing strategy, and transition to new providers. /p /li lipDefine and implement Software and Hardware Asset Management processes, tools, and governance to ensure license compliance. /p /li lipSupport IO operating model design by mapping processes, analyzing roles, assessing organizational impacts, and preparing workshops for management decisions. /p /li /ul h3Required qualifications /h3 ul lipProven experience in Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and contract management. /p /li lipStrong ability to draft and defend market documents such as specifications, RFI/RFP, and bid analyses. /p /li lipDemonstrated enterprise‑architect perspective connecting contracts, processes, organization, and technology. /p /li lipExcellent negotiation, governance, and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and suppliers. /p /li lipMinimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy, asset management, or related fields. /p /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul lipExperience in public sector IT projects. /p /li lipKnowledge of operating model design and digital transformation strategy. /p /li lipRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or ITIL. /p /li /ul
