ph3Description/Beschrijving /h3 pAs Senior Brand Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of established consumer brands on the Belgian market. /p pYou will develop and implement the local brand strategy, working closely with both local teams and international stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to translate international brand direction into plans that make sense for the Belgian consumer and market. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liDeveloping annual brand and activation plans based on consumer, category and market insights /li liTranslating international brand strategies into relevant local initiatives /li liManaging the brand PL, marketing budgets, forecasts and key performance indicators /li liLeading ATL and BTL campaigns from briefing through execution /li liWorking closely with creative, media and activation agencies /li liIdentifying growth opportunities through market, consumer and competitive analysis /li liCollaborating with Sales and other internal stakeholders to ensure strong commercial execution /li liPresenting local market plans, results and recommendations to international stakeholders /li liChallenging existing plans when local market insights indicate a different approach /li liEnsuring high-quality execution across campaigns, activations, events and customer initiatives /li liThis is a hands-on senior brand management position: you will be expected to think strategically while remaining close to execution. /li /ul h3Company info/Bedrijfsinformatie/Info d'entreprise /h3 pBecause of the confidential nature of this search, the identity of our client will be shared with selected candidates during the recruitment process. /p h3Profile/Profiel /h3 pYou have approximately 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or another fast-paced consumer environment. /p pYou have a strong background in brand management and are comfortable managing the full marketing mix. /p pBeyond experience, we are looking for someone who brings maturity and structure.
