We are working with an established European investment firm looking to add an experienced Investment Associate to its Brussels team.
The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, combining the assessment and execution of new investment opportunities with ongoing involvement in existing portfolio companies. The team invests across a range of sectors and geographies, with particular interest in Consumer, Healthcare and Technology/Digital .
The Role
Screen and evaluate new investment opportunities
Conduct financial, commercial and market analysis
Build financial models and support valuation work
Participate in due diligence and transaction execution
Prepare investment materials and recommendations
Support portfolio companies and monitor existing investments
Conduct sector and thematic research to identify new opportunities
Candidate Profile
Approximately 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
Background in Private Equity, Growth Equity, M&A/Investment Banking , or another highly relevant investment environment
Exposure to Consumer, Healthcare and/or Technology/Digital would be particularly relevant
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to develop and communicate a clear investment view
Strong academic background
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
