Aankoopbediende

As a truck parts buyer at our site in the Handzame region, you will be responsible for the entire procurement process and for managing a number of assigned suppliers.

You will ensure efficient collaboration between suppliers, the parts sales team and the warehouse.

• You will handle price enquiries from the sales department and seek out the best procurement solutions
• You will place daily orders and monitor them closely
• You will process order confirmations and monitor delivery times and any lead times
• You will follow up on claims and ensure they are processed correctly
• You will check purchase invoices and ensure they are processed correctly
• You will support warehouse operations by creating product references and drawing up stock lists
• You will oversee the flow of information between suppliers, the purchasing team, the spare parts sales department and the warehouse
• You will maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct purchasing negotiations to secure the best possible partnerships Wie zoekt onze klant?

• Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een mooie extra
• Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag nauwkeurig en administratief gestructureerd
• Je hebt inzicht in aankoopprocessen en volgt zaken graag correct op
• Je bent een teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen
• Je bent flexibel ingesteld en denkt actief mee naar oplossingen
• Je werkt vlot met de courante PC-toepassingen, waaronder Excel en ERP-systemen
