Are you passionate about employee experience, HR operations, employee relations, and driving meaningful change within a complex international environment?

We're supporting the growth of a leading global organisation and are looking to connect with experienced HR professionals for three exciting opportunities within their Talent & HR Operations team.

Talent Liaison – Employee Relations, Offboarding & Reintegration
A senior-level position for an experienced HR professional with expertise in:

Employee Relations & complex case management
Belgian labour law and compliance
Long-term sickness and reintegration programmes
Offboarding, dismissals and organisational change
Union and works council engagement
Stakeholder management and sensitive negotiations

You'll play a key role in balancing business needs with employee wellbeing while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation.

Sickness & Absence Operations Specialist
A specialist role focused on delivering best-in-class support across sickness, absence and work accident processes.
Key areas include:

End-to-end management of long-term absence cases
Payroll and benefits coordination
Reintegration and return-to-work administration
HR systems and data management
Reporting and analytics
Process improvement and digitalisation

Ideal for HR Operations, Payroll or Absence Management professionals who enjoy working in a highly organised, detail-oriented environment.

Talent Operations Liaison
An impactful HR Operations role supporting the wider employee lifecycle and organisational effectiveness agenda.
Responsibilities include:

Organisational structure management
Recruitment and offer governance
Compensation and reward activities
Promotions and job levelling
HR policy implementation
Business process improvement
HR data quality and reporting

This role offers excellent exposure across multiple HR disciplines and significant stakeholder interaction.

What We're Looking For

Strong HR experience within complex corporate environments
Outstanding stakeholder management skills
Experience navigating sensitive employee matters
Process improvement mindset
Strong systems and analytical capability
Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
Fluent Dutch, French and English highly desirable
