- a warm and nurturing environment, along with the benefits of being part of a thriving and well-established organization.🔍 What is your role?Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)Actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platformsConduct interviews and maintain communication with candidatesAssist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integrationMaintain and update HR databases and recruitment trackersCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needsContribute to employer branding initiatives and social media presenceSupport general HR activities (employee engagement, events, admin tasks)📚 Who are we looking for?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldStrong interest in recruitment and people managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Dutch OR French, and have a good foundation of the other language + English✨ What can
