pWe are looking for an ambitious and passionate IT Manager to join our team in Belgium (Kruisem).br/In view of the further growth and professionalisation of the company, we are looking for a person to lead our IT activities at group level. /p h3About REAZN /h3 pThe REAZN GROUP is the world's largest producer of recycled zinc alloys. We are experts in premium, customized, prime grade zinc alloys, mainly made from secondary raw materials. We employ 150 zinc specialists across various countries and produce over 100,000 tons of zinc alloys annually for approximately 400 customers worldwide. /p pSince 1988 REAZN is dedicated to producing the alloys mainly from secondary zinc units. Since then, the company continues to invest, develop and optimize its innovative recycling technologies and in an environmentally responsible solution for processing and valorising zinc scraps. /p pAt REAZN, we are passionately committed to the circular economy and we believe that business and sustainability go hand in hand. /p h3What will be your responsibilities? /h3 ul liManaging IT team (3 locations), mentoring and developing their skillset. /li liManaging external partners and relations. /li liDesign, develop,implement best practices and policies for the organisation. /li liOrganize trainings, workshops and awareness sessions in relation toITfor the whole organization. /li liSystem audits and analysis. Ensure security of data, network access and back-ups and check security ona regular basis. /li liDevelop and execute disaster recovery planning and maintain backup data. /li liOversees all hardware and software applications, ensuring accuracy and integrity. /li liKeep the Digital Blueprint of the group up to date (software, licenses, users, network infrastructure and hardware) according to business needs and budget framework. /li liAssessing opportunities for improvement in groupIT infrastructure and organisation. /li liOverseeing and determine timeframes for upgrades, migrations and majorITprojectsin accordance with business needs. /li liCosts effectivenessand optimization of the IT set-up. /li liManaging annual budget and providing regular updates to senior management. /li liOversee and coordinate GDPR-compliance for the group. /li /ul h3What do we expect from you? /h3 h3Skills /h3 ul liExcellent knowledge of technical aspects and computer hardware/software systems /li liExpertise in data center management and data governance /li liPeople management and development /li liITfunctioning and concepts /li liTime management, planning, organisation /li liProblem-solving and critical thinking /li liNon verbal, oral and written communication /li liEager to learn and improve /li liFlexibility /li liHands-on approach /li /ul h3Profile Requirements /h3 ul liHands-on experience of at least 10years in IT /li liExperience in an industrial setting /li liSeveral years experience in managing teams /liliQualification or degree in: science or computer science, Information technology /li liGDPR knowledge and experience /li liCybersecurity knowledge /li liLanguage: Dutch and English required.
