Contract
As a Rate Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient pricing processes that power our global operations. You’ll manage customer contracts, tariffs, and costing data across our systems, enabling seamless auto-rating and auto-costing and supporting our journey toward full digitalization.
Your key responsibilities as a Rate Management Specialist:
- Ensure timely and accurate data-input of rates and costs
- Manage automated rate and costing processes, including integration with tools
- Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to understand customer needs and ensure correct and efficient rate implementation.
- Assess local impacts of global customer accounts
- Analyze rate and cost accuracy, identify optimization opportunities, and drive enhancements in automation and digitalization.
- Investigate and resolve system-related issues across rate management platforms, including CW1, RMS, Cargosphere, and other local tools.
Profiel
The Rate Management Specialist we're looking for has the following profile:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience in Ocean Freight pricing or operations (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Fluent English and Dutch
