The Capacity Management team, is organized around 3 main domains: Mainframe and Tandem technologies, Open systems technologies and a transversal domain supporting Business and Service Capacity Management (including the data and reporting infrastructure).br/ The Capacity Management team is responsible for a full set of activities covering both Capacity and Performance aspects. The teambr/ ul licollects the demand and forecasts the consumption of IT infrastructure /li lihandles capacity and performance operations to prevent Capacity and/or Performance incidents to occur /li liis involved in various projects for ensuring applications are rightly sized and well-tuned before going in production. /li /ul br/ br/ h2About the role /h2 br/ You will work as a Senior IT Capacity Management Engineer in the Open Systems Technologies Domain. This domain is responsible for the capacity and performance management on these platformsbr/ ul liWindows (including Service Fabric) /li liLinux (including OpenShift) /li liHypervisors: ESXi, Ahv /li liDistributed Storage: Powermax, ECS, Cohesity /li liNetwork infrastructure /li liAzure /li /ul br/ h2Responsibilities /h2 ul liDaily monitoring of the capacity and performance of the open system platforms /li liIdentification and investigation of capacity and performance incidents / problems /li liCollaborate to the publication of the yearly capacity plan and its monthly follow-up /li liParticipate to projects to ensure that the capacity process is properly applied during the design phase /li liParticipate to projects to ensure that the non-functional requirements are properly tested and the objectives achieved /li liPost launch follow up /li liCapacity modelling /li /ul br/ h2Requirements /h2 ul liAt least 10 years of experience with IT capacity management and performance engineering processes /li liProven experience with virtualized Windows and/or Linux systems on ESX or Ahv /li liExperience with the following platforms is a must: ul liVMware ESXi /li liNutanix Ahv /li liOpenShift /li liMicrosoft Azure /li /ul /li liExperience with the following tools is a must: ul liSplunk (Power User certificate is an asset) /li liVMware vSphere Client /li liNutanix Prism /li liDynatrace /li /ul /li liGood knowledge about one or more of our Storage systems: Powermax, ECS, Cohesity /li liGood knowledge of SQL language, Excel, REST API, Ansible, Perfmon, Linux PCP /li liGood English communication skills /li liGood analytical skills /li liCollaborative mind-set /li /ul Nice to have:br/ ul liAgile and DevOps /li liPower BI /li liScripting languages: Python, PowerShell, Bash, /li /ul
