pWe are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to help us shape the future of our core product and ensure our architecture meets the highest standards in terms of scalability, performance, and maintainability. Our teams operate in a Agile environment, working on strategic platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure integrated with a complex AS400 data landscape. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs a Senior Product Architect, you will help building the technical vision and end-to-end functional/technical architecture of a key product. You will work closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Agile Squads, and business stakeholders to align the product roadmap with the overall enterprise strategy. /p pYour mission is to design robust, scalable, and future-proof solutions while guiding development teams and ensuring seamless integration with our AS400-based data systems and other applications. /p h3Primary Tasks and responsibilities /h3 pDefine and cocreate the Technical Vision. /p ul liLead the technical architecture design for the product and ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines. /li liEnsure product standardisation and reusability of developed components /li liDefine technical standards, best practices, and reusable patterns. /li liTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. /li liEnsure Product Enterprise Alignment. /li liCollaborate closely with Enterprise Architects to maintain cross-product consistency. /li liGuarantee proper integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the applications within our landscape. /li liAssist in validating architectural decisions through architecture boards and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. /li liGuide and Support Development Teams: Act as the technical mentor for Agile squads, providing architectural guidance and coaching. /li liReview solution designs, data models, and code to ensure adherence to architecture principles. /li liProactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. /li /ul h3Technical profile requirements /h3 ul liExperience in solution or product architecture for CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE),in particular. /li liUnderstanding of AS400 data landscapes and back-end integration patterns and Event driven design pattern. /li liHands-on experience with Azure cloud services and modern integration frameworks (REST APIs, microservices, messaging, ESB, API Management). /li liKnowledge of data management and governance best practices. /li liPrevious work experience in Agile environments is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Non-Technical profile requirements /h3 ul liStrong strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach. /li liAbility to bridge business and technical needs effectively. /li liLeadership skills to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority. /li liExcellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus). /li /ul h3Language proficiencies /h3 ul liFR is a must /li liENG /li /ul h3Onsite presence /h3 pMin 2 days / week /p
