Join a dynamic company as an Employee Benefits Advisor In this role, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, building trusting relationships, and offering customized solutions. Your skills in prospecting and negotiation will enable you to attract new clients and grow assets under management. Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of existing clients.
- Regularly meet with clients to keep them informed and offer personalized solutions tailored to their specific needs, in collaboration with a financial partner.
- Contribute to increasing assets under management, ensure proper portfolio management, and keep clients regularly informed to foster their loyalty.
- Prospect for new clients with enthusiasm and diligence.
- Actively participate in recommended sales initiatives, events, and networking activities.
- Play a key role in local networks to support the company’s positive commercial image.
- Follow up on every initiated case until completion, ensuring rigorous monitoring.
- Conduct cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives with other departments and colleagues.
- Stay informed of developments in tax and financial legislation to ensure up‑to‑date expertise.
Qualifications
- Holds the necessary certifications to provide financial advice to clients.
- Has at least 3 years of professional experience in the financial advisory sector.
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, law, or business.
- Demonstrates strong listening skills and empathy toward clients.
- Demonstrates strong initiative, as well as a keen sense of autonomy, rigor, and organization.
- Possesses strong negotiation skills.
- Focuses primarily on client satisfaction and needs.
- Is motivated by achieving results and overcoming challenges.
