Key Responsibilities
will be: /p ul liProvide strategic leadership for the quality management of fiber and coax networks. Influence investment decisions through insightful analysis. /li liOversee end-to-end network and service quality, setting benchmarks and driving continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer support and commercial departments.
Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers of performance monitoring solutions. /li liManage a team of technical service managers and analysts fostering a culture of excellence. /li /ul ul liExtensive knowledge of HFC Fiber network operations, DOCSIS, XGS-PON, GPON standards and advanced network monitoring techniques. /li liProven track record in managing complex technical projects and leading cross-disciplinary teams. /li liExperience with DVB-C, OTT, IPVR services is a plus. /li liLean Six Sigma certification or experience with other Lean methodology is highly desirable. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. /li liFluency in English and French. /li /ul pChez Orange, seules vos compétences comptent. /p pQuel que soit votre âge, genre, origine, parcours, religion, orientation sexuelle, handicap, neuroatypie, ou apparence, nous encourageons activement la diversité au sein de nos équipes, car elle constitue une force pour le collectif et un vecteur d’innovation.
