The MissionAs a Project Scheduler, you will join the project controls team of a leading life sciences organization delivering complex engineering and construction projects.
You will contribute to keeping large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on track by developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules.
This role sits at the heart of project delivery, working closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules accurately reflect real project status.
You will build detailed plans, track critical paths and resource loading, and turn schedule data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who combines strong scheduling expertise with sharp analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, and who's comfortable working in a dynamic, hybrid project environment.
The Role & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Project Controls Manager, your responsibilities will include:Developing, maintaining, and updating integrated project schedulesCreating and managing detailed project plans, milestones, critical paths, and resource loadingMonitoring project progress and identifying schedule risks and delaysPerforming schedule analysis and recommending mitigation and recovery plansProducing regular schedule updates, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholdersWorking closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to keep schedules aligned with real project statusSupporting planning meetings and coordinating scheduling activities across multiple projectsEnsuring scheduling best practices and project controls are consistently applied.
Skills & QualificationsYou have proven experience as a Project Scheduler or Planner in EPC, EPCM, or construction project environmentsYou are proficient with Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)You have a good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and project controlsYou have excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishYou work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects is an advantageKnowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plusFamiliarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or other reporting tools is an advantageA bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is an advantageExperience in the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment is considered a strong asset.
