Work with Project Manager (PM)s (PMs), Delivery Managers (DMs), Service Managers (SMs), Operation Managers (OMs) and their respective teams; establish decision-making structures and governance cadences (e.g. sprint reviews, roadmap reviews). /li /brliEnsure that solution delivery adheres to agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards, using both traditional KPIs (scope, cost, schedule) and outcome-based measures (adoption, satisfaction, cycle time). /li /brliConduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess solution options, validate assumptions, and inform investment decisions. /li /brliMaintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, designs, decisions, andbr/processes, ensuring traceability, audit readiness, and knowledge transfer. /li /brliIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the solution lifecycle,br/maintaining a risk register and executing mitigation or contingency plans. /li /brliProvide technical guidance and support to teams and stakeholders, clarifying solution choices, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to architecture and quality standards. /li /brliContinuously evaluate emerging technologies, practices, and vendor offerings,br/recommending improvements to enhance scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness of solutions /li /br /ul /brpbJoin our team and help us humanize the world through technology /b /p /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brli15 years of experience in using issue tracking tools (such as JIRA or equivalent) and collaboration tools (such as Confluence, SharePoint or equivalent) to support planning and delivery. /li /brli15 years of experience using change and release management practices to ensurebr/smooth deployment and adoption of new digital solutions. /li /brli10 years of experience managing stakeholders and governance, ensuring effectivebr/communication, reporting and decision-making. /li /brli10 years of experience ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business requirements and agreed project objectives. /li /brli10 years of experience in overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital solutions, frombr/conceptualisation to retirement, employing continuous improvement practices. /li /brli10 years of experience in cybersecurity principles and best practices. /li /brli5 years of experience using integration technologies and APIs. /li /brli10 years of experience evaluating trade-offs and making timely decisions. /li /brli10 years of experience in defining solution strategies and roadmaps. /li /brli10 years of experience in producing structured technical documentation, reports,br/specifications and presentations. /li /br /ul /brpbCertificates and/or Standards: /b /p /brpOne of the following or an equivalent certification: /p /brul /brliSAFe Product Owner and / or Product Manager /li /brliScrum Product Owner and / or Product Manager /li /brliAIPMM Certified Product Manager /li /brliPragmatic Institute PMC. /li /br /ul /brpbNice to have: /b /p /brul /brli3 years of experience of EU rules on data protection. /li /brli3 years of experience using case management systems or similar, i.e. systems managing documents and / or files with workflow, business rules, database management and backoffice functionality for querying, analysis or reporting. /li /brli1 year of experience with Artificial Intelligence concepts /li /br /ul
