Could you be the full-time Manufacturing Manager – Elementary Production Unit (EPU) in Charleroi we’re looking for?Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in managing all manufacturing activities for a project(s) within an Elementary Production Unit (EPU), ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as supply chain, quality, and industrialization teams), oversee operator training and qualifications, and drive APSYS deployment, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of task assignments to operators and the management of manufacturing processes but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
We’ll look to you for:Managing the supply chain setup and validating quality plansOverseeing manufacturing preparation, including training and qualification of operatorsEnsuring smooth handover of industrial processes from PME to manufacturingDriving APSYS deployment and continuous improvement initiativesOverseeing SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance and tracking associated KPIsManaging product changes and contributing to manufacturing feedback for improvementEnsuring compliance with local legislation and corporate policies (EHS, IRIS, Ethics, etc.)Developing and supporting the growth of operators through training and qualification programsImproving occupational safety for all employees and contractorsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
