Brussels, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management within complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end program and project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issues proactively. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and governance documentation. Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders. Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery aligns with organizational standards. Drive change management activities to support successful project adoption. Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource allocation. Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Program and Project Management. Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA. Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and reporting. Experience working in regulated environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with security and compliance standards. Knowledge of Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies. Experience working with global delivery teams. Fluent in English, French, and Dutch .
