Your primary responsibility will be driving our technical pre-sales strategy while collaborating closely with the sales teams. A deep understanding of how the Rydoo expense management application is designed, structured, and secured, as well as expertise in integrating solutions into the tool, will be fundamental to your success in this role. /ppYour role is to … /pulliPartner with Account Executives to close more opportunities faster. /liliGain extensive product knowledge and become the most knowledgeable person on the call /liliConnect with prospective clients’ IT and Finance stakeholders during the decision-making process to ensure buy-in prepare the onboarding during the contract phase. /liliCollect a prospect’s integration and product requirements, uncover the bigger picture, and create solutions that will help create value. /liliBuild and present product demos during customer meetings and answer technical questions related to their environment. /liliConduct Proof Of Concepts (PoCs), where necessary, to help prospects validate technical requirements and highlight our platform’s capabilities. /liliCollaborate closely with Product Managers to help align Product and Sales. /liliCollaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless alignment with client needs throughout the implementation process. /liliAssist sales in functional and technical components of a tender and bidding process. /liliAs an advocate of our platform, you will be able to bring insightful prospect feedback to the Product team and help shape our roadmap. /liliEvangelise during trade shows by delivering attractive Product Demos. /li /ululliAt least 2 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales or other relevant position /liliUniversity degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline. /liliKnowledge of integrations via REST APIs and SFTP /liliExperience with setting up or managing SaaS applications /liliUnderstanding of accounting tools, ERP, iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, ..) is a nice to have /liliSolution-oriented, don’t take no for an answer /liliWilling to travel to help drive our business at the customer site and to Rydoo offices to connect with our teams /liliAble to distill complex requirements into concrete actionable steps or a solution for the client. /liliStrong interest and affinity with sales processes and business development mindset /liliA people-first approach – you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a YES /liliBeing compassionate, unselfish, and a true team player /li /ulpbLanguages /b /pulliWorking proficiency in German (mother language) and English (C1+) /liliWorking proficiency in other European languages is a plus /li /ulpbPracticalities /b /pulliYou’ll be reporting to the Head of Sales Support
