AI Software Engineer

h3We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative development team in Stockholm, Karlskrona, Barcelona or Leuven /h3 pAs an AI Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing our core AI services within the bcyber security /b domain, refining and adapting models, and enabling teams across the company to integrate AI into their products and workflows. This role blends hands‑on engineering with applied AI problem‑solving. /p pYou will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, leveraging the power of Python and Golang to build high-performance applications with bcutting-edge cloud technologies /b. You might not already be fluent in both Python and Golang, but if you have the right mindset and fit for us, we will support you in managing both languages /p h3As an AI Software Engineer your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /h3 ul liCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /li liDevelop AI solutions in Python, with supporting services in Golang. /li liDesign, build, and maintain production-grade AI services and APIs. /li liProvide AI expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting support across the organization. /li liFine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and LLM-based models. /li liIntegrate AI capabilities into products and systems. /li liResearch and evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices. /li liContribute to coding standards, architecture, and engineering best practices. /li liEnsure the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI-powered systems. /li liConduct code reviews and resolve software defects and performance issues. /li /ul h3What type of experience do we expect from our ideal candidate? /h3 h3Must Have: /h3 ul li5+ years of professional bsoftware development /bexperience. /li liStrong proficiency in bPython /b (or a similar language) commonly used for AI and machine learning development. /li liGood understanding of bmachine learning fundamentals /b; practical experience with modern AI frameworks is highly valued. /li liHands‑on experience working with bLLMs /b, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or model fine‑tuning. /li liSolid understanding of bsoftware engineering principles /b, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and system design. /li liExperience building scalable, reliable, and maintainable bsoftware /b bsolutions /b. /li liProficiency with bGit /b and modern version control practices. /li liFamiliarity with bAgile development methodologies /b and collaborative engineering environments. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with bfluency /b bin /b bEnglish /b. /li liAs a person you have strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities. /li /ul h3Nice to Have: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. /li liExperience designing, deploying, or operating bcloud-native and highly available systems /b, ideally using technologies such as Kubernetes. /li liExperience with bAmazon Bedrock /b or other AI platforms and providers such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS AI Services, or Google Vertex AI. /li liKnowledge of or interest in bcybersecurity /b and secure software development practices. /li /ul h3But what's in it for you? /h3 h3In return for your efforts, we will offer you: /h3 ul liA flat organizational structure and lots of autonomy; you are not just a number.
