The Project Manager oversees the management of new projects, from initial studies and proposal preparation through to execution, acceptance, and commissioning. He/She coordinates internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and co-contractors to ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, technical requirements, and contractual commitments. The two Assistant Project Managers support him/her in the follow-up and execution of projects.


Main responsibilities

The Project Manager and his/her Assistants are notably responsible for:

  • Carrying out preliminary and technical studies as needed
  • Preparing and following up on proposals for new projects
  • Monitoring secretariat orders related to new projects
  • Monitoring material orders and subcontracting services
  • Coordinating project execution and ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and technical requirements
  • Monitoring the execution and acceptance of new projects
  • Coordinating the activities of subcontractors and co-contractors
  • Organizing additional support as needed to meet imposed deadlines
  • Establishing and maintaining "as-built" files
  • Organizing user training
  • Drafting operator manuals and required documentation
  • Monitoring project progress status and invoicing
  • Conducting studies and technical notes on technologies within the scope of the contract
  • Conducting studies and orientation notes for new developments and technologies
  • Ensuring reporting and communication with the Site Manager and client representatives


Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design and installation of security systems and technologies, within a commercial, tertiary, or industrial environment
  • Strong skills in the management and coordination of technical projects
  • Good knowledge of security systems and technologies
  • Ability to coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and co-contractors
  • Proficiency in monitoring costs, deadlines, purchase orders, and invoicing
  • Ability to carry out and analyse technical studies
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and scheduling constraints
