You take ownership, enjoy guiding others and always look for a smarter way to do things. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul libBusiness translation /b: translating business needs into solid, working data solutions, and staying close to the reasons behind every choice /li libEnd-to-end data platforms /b: building and implementing end-to-end data platforms, from collecting and structuring data to deciding how it gets used further down the line. /li libAI-augmented delivery /b: you use AI tools to speed up your day-to-day work, while staying critical enough to validate and improve what they generate. /li libGuidance and knowledge sharing /b: you coach customers and junior colleagues, helping them grow and get the most out of the tools and platforms you build. /li /ul h3Who are we? /h3 pFrom creating the most basic reports to building a data architecture from scratch – you name it, we’ve done it. In the bMicrosoft Data AI Team /b, you’ll join more than 100 data engineers, analysts and scientists, working on innovative projects alongside one another. /p pWe love to dive deep into data to help clients get to know their company from the inside out. This makes every project ba new learning experience we get to share with each other /b. And we definitely love to share. Through team meetings, data snack sessions, going to conferences and reporting back on them and discussions (called DataCafés) we keep each other in the loop. /p pAs AI takes over more of the repetitive work, our role is shifting too. We see that as an opportunity rather than a threat. Less hands-on-keyboard, more conducting the orchestra of tools and agents around us.
