The client is responsible for coordinating organizational and digital processes within the justice system, focusing on digitalization projects that enhance the execution of penalties and reduce administrative burdens. /p h3Project Objectives: /h3 ul liAccelerate the processing of fines; /li liReduce the workload of stakeholders in the criminal justice chain through a chain approach; /li liDigitize information processing; /li liImprove the financial execution of penalties; /li liEnhance public service delivery. /li /ul pAs part of the digitalization efforts, the Business Analyst will address the challenge of improving communication to citizens, ensuring accessibility to services, and fostering trust in the justice system. /p h3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3 ul liConduct business analyses, including creating as-is and to-be process flows. /li liIdentify improvement opportunities regarding data quality and process flows. /li liAnalyze and optimize data exchange between various government services. /li liDevelop clear and detailed user stories with corresponding acceptance criteria. /li liFollow up with IT vendors during functional analysis and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /li liReport to the Project Manager on risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, or other obstacles. /li liEnsure careful and accessible documentation on collaboration tools. /li liSupport the Public Prosecutor's Office in establishing a uniform approach to recidivism for traffic offenses. /li liFacilitate working groups and meetings with various stakeholders. /li liCoordinate business analysis regarding the central recidivism database for traffic offenses. /li liPrepare clear user manuals for application end-users. /li liDevelop and support training related to new or modified functionalities. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications and

Skills:
/h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in a senior profile. /li liBachelor's degree in a relevant field. /li liExperience with project management methodologies (PRINCE 2, AGILE) and analytical control. /li liExperience with projects involving multiple data flows from different parties is a plus. /li liExperience with government projects is a plus. /li liGood understanding of English and fluent in French or Dutch, with the ability to understand the other language well. /li /ul h3Profile

Requirements:
