Key Responsibilities
Develop business cases and manage requirements with full traceability. Analyze data flows, user roles, data usage, and data quality issues. Define target solutions and use cases with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs. Contribute to data architecture, solution validation, reporting, and dashboards. Support product, performance, and UAT testing . Manage Agile backlogs, sprint planning, and MVP delivery. Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project requirements. Requirements 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business/Data Analysis. Strong knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL and data analysis. Experience with conceptual data modelling and data architecture . Good understanding of Big Data, BI, reporting, and dashboards . Knowledge of IT testing and Agile methodologies. Strong requirements, stakeholder, and project management skills. AML/KYC or compliance experience is a strong advantage. Banking or insurance experience is a plus. Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. Dutch and French: good level. English: strong spoken and written communication. Work Arrangement
