You act as the link between customers, technical teams, suppliers and various internal stakeholders to ensure that our quotations are bhigh-quality, competitive and technically compliant /b. /ppbWhat will your responsibilities be? /b /pulliRespond to customer requests and prepare baccurate and competitive quotations /b within the required deadlines. /liliCarry out bcustomer and site visits /b to analyse needs, assess technical constraints and propose the most appropriate solutions. /liliAnalyse bincoming enquiries and project files /b and ensure their commercial and technical follow-up. /liliCarry out the necessary btechnical studies and cost calculations /b to prepare quotations. /liliConsult bsuppliers and subcontractors /b in order to obtain the best technical and financial solutions. /liliReview, complete and update bpricing schedules and price databases /b. /liliParticipate in the bplanning and coordination of quotation submissions /b. /liliActively participate in bcommercial department coordination meetings /b. /liliFollow up bquotations through to their final outcome /b, whether this results in an order, cancellation or loss of the project. /liliParticipate in the organisation and facilitation of bkick-off meetings for new projects /b. /liliAnalyse completed projects in order to identify bareas for improvement and optimisation opportunities /b. /liliActively contribute to improving and updating bdatabases and cost calculation tools /b. /liliParticipate in the research and evaluation of bnew fire suppression technologies and processes /b. /liliMonitor btechnical developments, standards and new market solutions /b. /liliRepresent the company at btrade fairs and specialised events /b in Belgium and across Europe. /li /ul brpbWhat do we expect from you? /b /pulliYou have a solid btechnical education /b and relevant experience in bfire protection or a similar technical environment /b. /liliYou have a good knowledge of bEN 12845, NFPA and FM /b standards relating to automatic sprinkler systems. /liliYou are familiar with technologies related to bhybrid systems, low
