SAP Trainer

pWhitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Trainer based in Belgium for an initial 2 year contract. /p h3Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English /h3 h3Job Description /h3 pThe SAP Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, monitoring and reporting all training activities required to ensure successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA within the shERPa Program. /p pThe consultant acts as the central coordination point between Business Process Owners, Key Users, Change Management, PMO, IT Learning Development, IT Infrastructure teams and other stakeholders. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ulliIdentify training needs together with Business Process Owners, Key Users and business stakeholders /liliPerform training gap analyses and define training priorities. /liliSupport SAP S/4HANA user adoption through training initiatives. /liliDefine and monitor training KPIs and readiness indicators. /liliAlign training planning with Change Management activities. /li /ul h3Training Development Content Governance /h3 ulliCoordinate the development of training material. /liliEnsure compliance of training documentation, e-learning content and SAP Enable Now content with NMBS standards. /liliCoordinate reviews with Business and IT stakeholders. /liliMonitor training material quality and completeness. /liliFollow up training deliverables through Jira. /li /ul h3Training Planning Delivery /h3 ulliDevelop and maintain the integrated training plan aligned with project milestones and Go-Live planning. /liliCoordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions and end-user training sessions. /liliMonitor attendance, completion rates and certifications. /liliOrganize assessments and feedback collection mechanisms. /liliReport training progress and readiness status to Program Management and PMO. /li /ul h3Training Logistics Operational Coordination /h3 ulliCoordinate training venues, virtual environments and required equipment. /liliEnsure training environments are available and tested before training sessions. /liliCoordinate participant identification and training audience mapping. /liliManage trainer availability and training schedules. /liliCoordinate training invitations and participant communications. /li /ul h3Technical Training Support /h3 ulliCoordinate with IT Infrastructure teams regarding training support. /liliEscalate technical issues affecting training delivery. /liliValidate SAP systems and demonstration environments before training sessions. /liliSupport testing of user access rights and technical configurations. /liliAnalyze training-related incidents and support requests. /liliIdentify additional training needs during Hypercare. /liliCoordinate supplementary training initiatives after Go-Live. /liliOrganize knowledge transfer towards the SAP Competence Center. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Communication /h3 ulliAct as the central point of contact for training-related activities. /liliCommunicate risks, progress and readiness status. /liliSupport communication and adoption campaigns within the program. /li /ul h3Team Description /h3 ulliThe consultant will work within the shERPa PMO and collaborate closely with: /liliChange Management Team /liliBusiness Process Owners /liliKey Users /liliSAP Functional Teams /liliNMBS IT /liliIT Infrastructure Teams /li /ul h3Conformity Criteria /h3 ulliMinimum 10 years of professional experience in training coordination, learning management or training delivery management within SAP environments. /liliMinimum 1 completed assignment as Training Coordinator in and SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration or transformation program. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience coordinating training activities for SAP programs involving at least 500 end users. /liliDemonstrated experience working with Business, IT and Change Management stakeholders in a SAP transformation environment. /liliProfessional proficiency in Dutch, French and English. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in a project or training coordination role. /liliBachelor degree or equivalent through professional experience. /li /ul h3Evaluation Criteria /h3 ulliExperience with SAP Enable Now, SAP Companion, e-learning solutions , training governance and learning platforms /liliExperience in large-scale ERP transformation programs involving more than 1,000 users /liliExperience coordinating Train-the-Trainer programs, Key User networks and end-user readiness activities /liliExperience in Change Management, training readiness reporting and stakeholder communication initiatives /li /ul
