Electro-Mechanical Technician – Sludge Processing & Drying Plant We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the operation and maintenance of a sludge processing and drying installation within an industrial water treatment environment. You will ensure the reliable operation of the installation while contributing to sustainable energy recovery and resource reuse initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and operate sludge processing and drying installations Perform process checks, sampling, measurements, and parameter adjustments Detect and resolve electrical and mechanical faults Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities Follow process trends and optimize installation performance Complete administrative follow-up and operational reporting Work safely according to industrial safety procedures and regulations Profile Strong knowledge of electromechanics and industrial electricity BA4 or BA5 electrical certification required Experience with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic administrative tasks High regard for safety procedures and PPE compliance High lift or overhead crane certificates are considered a plus Working Schedule Two-shift system: Early shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 Late shift: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00 Occasional weekend support in day shift when required Additional Requirements Mandatory Hepatitis A and Tetanus vaccination Willingness to follow safety training for confined spaces and safety watch duties Languages Dutch: Professional proficiency Location & Work Model
