Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve account, service, and general support queries Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards Requirements Dutch proficiency C2 (spoken & written) English proficiency B2–C2 Customer service experience advantageous Willingness to relocate to Athens if required Whats on Offer
Salary:
EUR 1300–1500 gross per month
