Our client, an international market leader with a strong Benelux presence, is looking for an Accountant to strengthen its finance team.

- Manage monthly and year-end closings in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Prepare provisions, accruals and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle fixed assets accounting and depreciation.
- Coordinate and reconcile intercompany transactions across the Benelux entities.
- Prepare VAT and other statutory declarations.
- Act as the key user for the financial ERP system.
- Support payroll accounting in collaboration with HR and external payroll providers.
- Assist with group reporting, margin analyses and stock-related reporting.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the optimisation and continuous improvement of accounting processes.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting, ideally in an international environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience. Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is an asset.
- Permanent contract with long-term career prospects.
