We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong AML/KYC and Financial Security experience to join a major financial services organisation in Brussels.
You will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, translating business requirements into effective data-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, architects, SMEs and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Analyse and map data flows, processes, user roles and data issues. Gather, analyse and manage business requirements. Define data-driven solutions and use cases. Support solution design, testing, UAT and quality reviews. Translate requirements into clear test conditions and user stories. Work with stakeholders to maintain requirements traceability. Support reporting, dashboards and continuous improvement. Contribute to Agile activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Key Requirements 4+ years’ relevant Data Analyst experience. Strong, hands-on expertise in AML, KYC and Financial Security. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling. Good understanding of BI, reporting, dashboards, Data Vault and Data Marts. Experience with Agile methodologies, requirements management and IT testing. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to effectively bridge business and IT teams. Dutch & French – good knowledge. English – strong written and spoken communication.
