- Lead monthly closing, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple entities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and management reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles
- Act as a sparring partner to operations, sales, and senior management
- Improve and optimize financial processes, systems, and internal controls
- Support ad hoc business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to ERP/reporting improvements and automation initiatives
- Play a key role in audit coordination and compliance 🧠
Your profile
We are looking for someone who combines analytical strength with a strong business mindset.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
- 5–8+ years of experience in controlling, audit, or FP&A
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights
- Proactive, hands-on, and business-oriented mindset 🌟
