Are you an experienced lending professional with a strong expertise in professional loans and business banking ? We are looking for a Freelancer to support the development and optimization of lending products, processes and operating models for professional clients.
Your responsibilities
Advise on professional lending products, pricing, risk and compliance requirements.
Support the design and optimization of end-to-end lending processes.
Review business requirements, functional analyses and user stories.
Collaborate with the different stakeholders in a change environment.
Contribute to reporting, portfolio monitoring and credit lifecycle management.
Draft and review lending documentation and policies.
Support change management, knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Your profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in lending, business banking or credit risk.
Strong expertise in professional loans, credit processes and risk assessment.
Experience with business transformation, process improvement or product implementation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on, pragmatic and solution oriented.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
