USV Survey Project | October–December 2026Our client is looking for 3 experienced MBES Data Processors to support a remote, international survey project operating 24/7.
We are seeking MBES / Multibeam Data Processors with strong hands-on BeamWorx AutoClean experience to process and quality-control hydrographic data in near real time from an Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV).
The RoleWorking as part of a distributed processing team, you will ensure high-quality data is continuously processed throughout the survey campaign.

Key Responsibilities
Process and clean MBES data in near real time using BeamWorx AutoClean.
Apply automated and manual cleaning techniques and perform data QC.
Monitor incoming USV survey data and identify noise, anomalies and artefacts.
Optimise processing parameters according to survey conditions and data quality.
Generate bathymetric grids, point clouds and required deliverables.
Maintain processing logs and ensure full traceability.
Communicate data-quality issues to survey/project teams.
Coordinate with processors across different time zones and conduct effective shift handovers.
What We're Looking ForEssentialProven experience as an MBES / Multibeam Data Processor.
Strong hands-on BeamWorx AutoClean experience – mandatory.
Experience in bathymetric data cleaning, QC and validation.
Good understanding of MBES processing workflows, including calibration, cleaning and corrections.
Understanding of hydrographic data formats and deliverables.
Ability to manage large datasets accurately and efficiently.
DesirableUSV MBES data-processing experience.
Sweeping and/or cable route survey experience.
Near-real-time or remote processing experience.
Experience supporting continuous/24-hour survey operations.

Working PatternThe project will operate on a 24/7 basis, with the final shift model to be confirmed.
Potential options include:3 processors covering 8-hour shifts, or2 processors covering 12-hour shifts.
A global coverage model across Europe, Asia and the Americas may also be considered.
