Deloitte Belgium is seeking a professional to join the M&A Transaction Services – Financial SPA Advice Team. You will provide analytical support on purchase price adjustments, assist with SPA negotiations, and work across the deal lifecycle to protect and maximize value.
The role requires a Master's in Finance or Economics and 2–5 years experience in M&A or audit, with strong English and beneficial Dutch/French skills. A hybrid work model is offered in Belgium.
