What does your job as a Business Analyst look like?Within the Product Management team, you are responsible, as a Business Analyst, for designing and implementing digital solutions that enable our distribution partners and operational teams to achieve their objectives in the most efficient and user-friendly way.
This is within the context of developing and improving our non-life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy and claims management. We support and coordinate projects end-to-end, from identifying needs to launch. To strengthen this team and support our digitalization projects, we are looking for a Business Analyst.
Your responsibilities are:You are responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of your projects and manage them proactively, keeping timelines and budgets under controlYou analyze business needs, define the best solutions, and translate them into business requirements that serve as a basis for IT developmentYou ensure proper testing and follow-up of your projects and guarantee their qualityYou communicate clearly and constructively with various stakeholders and managementYou facilitate collaboration and act as the key interface between IT teams, other business units (Product Management, Operations, Legal, etc.), and external partnersThis is how you fit perfectly into our teamYou have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst related to insurance products, or relevant experience within an insurance company or brokerageKnowledge of non-life insurance products in the business segment is a strong plusYou have a critical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to connect different concepts easilyYou are organized and able to work autonomously and in a structured wayYou stand out for your communication and collaboration skillsYou are adaptable and quickly understand new topicsYou feel comfortable in a technical environmentYou are fluent in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of French and EnglishYou hold a university degree or have equivalent professional experienceWho are we looking for?
