I am recruiting a skilled and experienced Analog Mixed Signal IC Chip Lead for a company near Brussels, Belgium. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of analog integrated circuits, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Design and develop mixed-signal analog integrated circuits with a specific emphasis on photonics technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and contribute to the overall product development process
Conduct feasibility studies and performance simulations to guide design decisions and optimise circuit performance
Utilise industry-standard tools for analog IC design, layout, and simulation
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in analog and photonics technology to integrate innovative solutions into circuit designs
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in mixed-signal analog IC design
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools for analog IC design, layout, and simulation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
