br/br/Your role in a nutshell As Director Fraud Strategy, you are thebr/br/strategic right handbr/br/of the Head of the department. Youbr/br/provide high levelbr/br/advise, lead majorbr/br/initiativesbr/br/and step in wherever needed – up to fully replacing the Head of the department when absent.br/br/This is a director-level role with significant influence, combining strategic leadership with operational execution.br/br/Your responsibilities Strategic Advisorybr/br/: You advise the Head of Fraud Management Investigation on strategic and operational matters Project Leadership:br/br/You lead major, often cross-functional fraud and AML projects, from concept to execution Day to Day Operation:br/br/You assist in the department’s operational managementbr/br/by analytics and prevention Departmental Representation:br/br/You replace the Head of the department when absent, with full decision-making authority, and represent the department internally and externally in a professional manner Stakeholder Management:br/br/You represent the department in internal and external forums Strategy Execution:br/br/Translate the bank’s and department’s strategy into actionable initiativesbr/br/.br/br/Profilebr/br/Your profile Strategic Mindset:br/br/You are a strong strategic thinker who can switch quickly between a wide range of topics and priorities Trusted Partner:br/br/loyal, discreet and aligned with the Head of Department’s Vision Expertise
Experience:
br/br/You have a thorough knowledge of fraud and AML regulation and practice.
