Are you an experienced cybersecurity leader with a passion for vulnerability management, penetration testing, and cloud security?


Our international client, based in Brussels, is looking for a Cybersecurity Vulnerability Manager to join a highprofile security programme. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of enterprisescale vulnerability management initiatives, influence security strategy, and lead critical security projects within a complex technology environment.

What You'll Be Doing


As Cybersecurity Vulnerability Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation's security posture by leading vulnerability management and security assessment activities across cloud and on-premise environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define, review and enhance security architectures across enterprise systems
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and security reviews on applications, infrastructure and cloud platforms
  • Lead the deployment and optimisation of vulnerability scanning solutions across hybrid environments
  • Analyse security vulnerabilities and drive remediation strategies with technical teams
  • Administer and optimise vulnerability management platforms and reporting frameworks
  • Support security operations through log analysis, incident investigation and technical troubleshooting
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and security insights to stakeholders and senior management
  • Assess the security of cloud, mobile and enterprise technology solutions
  • Develop Python-based integrations and automation to improve security operations and processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor for vulnerability remediation and cyber risk reduction initiatives


What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

✔ Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience

✔ 3+ years working within Cyber Defence, SOC, CSIRT, Security Operations or Technical Security Infrastructure environments

✔ 2+ years leading security projects as a Team Lead or Technical Lead

✔ Experience with vulnerability assessment, vulnerability management and penetration testing tools

✔ Strong understanding of cloud security, including Microsoft Azure and AWS

✔ Hands-on experience securing Linux and Windows environments

✔ Knowledge of DevSecOps, SDLC and modern security engineering practices

✔ Strong Python programming skills (Java experience also beneficial)

✔ Experience conducting application security and penetration testing activities

✔ Deep understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques and security best practices

✔ Relevant cybersecurity certification(s)

✔ Fluent English communication skills (C1 level)
