As a Data Platform Lead, byou will help build a business unit /b: you will define the technical direction, convince clients and elevate a team of consultants to the next level. /p ul liDefine a technical vision for modern data and analytics platforms on Azure /li liDesign scalable, secure and high-performance solution architectures /li liTake on the role of technical lead and guide multidisciplinary teams /li liMake architectural decisions regarding Databricks, Azure Data Platform and Microsoft Fabric /li /ul pbDrive business growth /b /p ul liFrom lead to customer: lead key proposals from initial lead to signed contract and convince prospects to partner with LACO /li liTranslate customer challenges into robust end-to-end data solutions /li liDefine best practices for data engineering and governance to strengthen our delivery capabilities /li liStay innovative and continuously look for improvements and new opportunities /li liBuild a strong technical community through knowledge sharing and mentoring /li liCoach and guide your team’s professional growth, including performance reviews, compensation and promotions /li /ul pYou bring ban entrepreneurial "we can do it" mindset /b with a strong sense of ownership /p pYou have bat least 6 years of experience with cloud data platforms and data engineering /b, including 3 years of hands‑on experience with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric and strong expertise in SparkSQL, PySpark, Python, SQL, CI/CD, Git, DevOps and solution architecture /p pYou possess ba strong commercial feeling /b: able to take a customer challenge from problem definition to proposal and successfully closed deal /p pYou benjoy coaching /b and guide others in their professional growth, although you do not necessarily need to be a pure people manager /p h3Our offer /h3 pA key role as a Data Platform Lead in challenging data and analytics projects /p pThe opportunity to work with the latest Databricks and Azure technologies /p pSignificant autonomy and influence over technical decisions /p pAn environment where innovation, knowledge sharing and personal growth are central /p pA flexible and hybrid way of working /p pAn attractive and competitive salary package with additional benefits /p pMore information about how we handle your data can be found in our privacy policy . /p
