This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you'll own the design of the CluePoints data layer and build it with the squad. You'll report to our GM, with a dotted line to the VP Engineering. /p h3Job Requirements /h3 h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liOwn the design of the CluePoints data layer and build it hands-on, writing production code alongside the squad. /li liDesign a metadata-driven schema with a stable spine that absorbs change without breaking the applications built on it. /li liBuild a semantic tier that maps study fields to concepts, keeping structure and meaning cleanly separate. /li liDeliver a versioned, auditable query interface for our applications, with lineage and attributable change built in. /li liSet the squad’s engineering and AI-first practices, using AI tools with clear verification and evaluation. /li liCoach engineers through code and design, and partner with our GM and VP Engineering on direction. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liMulti-tenant SaaS experience with strong data segregation. /li liFamiliarity with clinical data, CDISC, or standards such as FHIR, OMOP, and ODM.
