- Code Generation Model Evaluation /h3 pbRole Type: /b Contractorbr/bLocation: /b Remote /p pWe are seeking experienced bResearch Engineers /b to contribute to a project focused on code generation, software engineering, and AI model evaluation. /p pYou'll apply your programming expertise to develop, review, and evaluate real-world coding tasks that help train and improve next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. /p h3Scope of Work /h3 ul liAnalyze, debug, and resolve issues across codebases using Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript. /li liImplement new features and enhancements for code generation workflows. /li liRefactor and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. /li liDevelop and review coding tasks to evaluate AI-generated code. /li liProvide clear feedback and annotations to support model training and evaluation. /li liCollaborate with technical contributors and stakeholders on software quality and technical direction. /li liDocument technical decisions, solutions, and best practices. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong expertise in competitive programming, algorithms, and data structures. /li liProficiency in at least one of bPython 3, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript /b. /li liExperience with debugging, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization. /li liExperience with open-source contributions or collaborative software projects. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liHigh attention to detail in code validation and output consistency. /li liAbility to work independently in a remote environment. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pCompensation is boutput-based /b, with payment provided per task that meets project requirements. Task completion time may vary based on experience and workflow. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply. /p h3Start Timeline Availability /h3 pRoles are typically filled within b48 hours /b. Selected experts should be ready to begin their first tasks within b24-48 hours /b of completing onboarding. /p
