ppbCOSMOTE Global Solutions NV /b is seeking a highly skilled bSenior Power BI FPA Reporting Solution Architect /b to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced reporting solutions that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. /ppIn this role, you will collaborate closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT departments to deliver scalable and efficient Power BI reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities:
/b /pulliDesign, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored for FPA purposes. /liliCollaborate with finance and business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /liliLead the architecture and implementation of reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. /liliOptimize data models, ETL processes, and DAX calculations for performance and usability. /liliEnsure compliance with data governance and security policies in reporting solutions. /liliMentor and support junior BI developers and analysts. /liliStay updated on the latest Power BI features and market trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities. /liliFacilitate communication between finance, IT, and business units to streamline reporting processes. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullipBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field. /p /lilipThe expert must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in: /pulliDesign and implementation of Power BI Financial Reporting solutions using central or shared semantic models /liliFinancial Planning Analysis (FPA), including financial monitoring, performance analysis, budget vs actual tracking, and mandate-based reporting /liliDevelopment of DAX measures, financial calculations, parameters, and reporting logic /liliDesign, standardisation, and governance of financial KPIs and impact indicators /liliImplementation and maintenance of Row-Level Security and other access controls /li /ul /lilipRequire Competence in: /pulliPower BI (datasets, reports, visuals, performance optimisation) /liliAdvanced DAX development, including complex financial calculations /liliTranslation of FPA requirements into governed semantic-model logic /liliKPI and impact indicator visualisation, including dynamic Microsoft PowerPoint connectivity /liliWorking in structured and governed financial reporting environments /li /ul /li /ul /p
