POSITION

As the Senior Nike Direct Europe Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and commercial execution across the Nike Direct business in Europe. You will manage a portfolio of strategic Nike direct-to-consumer accounts, build strong customer partnerships and support the delivery of regional sales, margin and growth targets.


This role combines hands-on account management with team leadership. You will lead, coach and support the sales team, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution and a high-performance way of working. Working closely with Nike, brand offices and internal cross-functional teams, you will help translate commercial strategy into effective seasonal plans, customer commitments and business results.


With a strong understanding of the European marketplace, customer needs and retail trends, you will identify opportunities for growth, improve operational effectiveness and contribute to the continued development of the Nike Direct business across Europe.


Tasks and Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Represent All Sport’s vision, values and commercial standards with the team, customers and partners.
  • Support the delivery of commercial strategies aligned to Nike Direct Europe priorities and All Sport growth ambitions.
  • Translate business priorities into clear team objectives, seasonal plans and customer actions.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and an understanding of market dynamics, customer trends and competitive activity.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver individual, customer and regional targets.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable team culture with strong communication, follow-through and performance ownership.
  • Monitor key retail performance indicators, including sell-through, inventory health and profitability, taking action where required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the retail landscape across all channels and build credibility with customers and partners.

Sales & Key Account Management

  • Drive gross-to-net sales performance across the Nike Direct Europe account portfolio.
  • Strengthen strategic customer relationships with Nike and licensee partners to support sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Present seasonal assortments, sales plans and business updates that secure customer commitment and quality orders.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries, issues and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, trade terms and investment plans in line with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services and brand portfolio.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with brand partners and brand offices.
  • Build and manage a clear go-to-market calendar that connects Nike and licensee priorities with seasonal execution.

People Management

  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team, supporting both business delivery and individual growth.
  • Set clear objectives, expectations and priorities, reviewing progress through regular performance conversations.
  • Conduct market visits and customer meetings to support team development and business delivery.
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance coaching
