NATO is seeking a Morale and Welfare Officer at its HQ to lead planning, coordination and delivery of morale and welfare activities, including sports, wellbeing, and community events. You will manage contractor relations, budgets, and ensure high levels of service delivery to international staff and families.
The role requires a university degree, 3+ years in similar activities, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in NATO’s official languages.
