No prior AI experience is required. /ph3Scope of Work /h3ulliAudit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues. /liliAnalyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules. /liliReview and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms. /liliCreate clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios. /liliDocument recommended system changes and operational decisions. /liliAssess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools. /liliProvide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulli4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms. /liliExperience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts. /liliStrong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions. /liliExperience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms. /liliWorking knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation. /liliExperience working in SaaS environments. /liliExcellent written and verbal English communication skills. /li /ul
