Mission Support construction management by coordinating technical and production activities on site, ensuring that construction works are executed efficiently, safely and according to engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyse IFC drawings, isometrics, and technical documentation. Coordinate daily with: Construction supervisors Subcontractors QA/QC Planning Ensure construction works follow approved procedures and technical specifications. Prepare and track: Work packages Method statements Construction sequences Identify technical clashes or engineering inconsistencies and coordinate solutions with engineering teams. Support planning with progress reporting and productivity monitoring. Control material availability and construction readiness. Participate in site walkdowns and punch list activities. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality procedures. Required Qualifications Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent. Minimum 5–10 years experience in industrial construction projects. Strong experience in: Piping erection Mechanical equipment installation E&I installation Ability to interpret: P&IDs Isometrics Layout drawings Cable routing drawings Familiar with construction management tools and progress tracking. Key Competencies Strong site problem solving capability. Ability to work under high construction pressure environments. Strong coordination with multiple disciplines. Practical construction mindset.
